      a.) creating access to the evolving language of work, power and community, and 

      b.) fostering the critical engagement necessary for students to design their social futures,

can manifest in many different ways in our classrooms.  By offering multiple entry-points to the curriculum, leaving space for student creativity and perspectives, and being responsive to the needs and knowledge of our students, we can work towards a more ethical classroom.
